you live outside of the US and wish to purchase an original painting(s), please
contact us and we will see what we can do!
Please understand that all of our shipping is sent from
either Juneau, Alaska, or Montreal, Canada and therefore may take a bit longer
than what you’re accustomed to with shipping within the continuous 48 United
States.
Note, it is possible that your shipment will arrive in
different packages with different tracking numbers. You will be notified if
this is the case.

We do have a few items on hand, but the majority of our
products are being made on-demand just for you in Montreal, Canada! The company
we’ve chosen to partner with to make our products pays their employees
fair
wages and they work regular hours. This impacts
you, dear customer, with a slightly longer production time, but it’s totally
worth it! Production times are in business days (Monday-Friday)
and may vary by product. Most products are completed in 8-14 business days,
depending on demand. Production time is in
addition to shipping times.
Orders usually take 2-6 days to arrive once shipped, and are
shipped via USPS 3 times a week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. You will
receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped, which will
include the tracking number, if applicable.
In total, expect about 3-4 weeks for drop-ship items from
when you place your order to when it arrives to your address. Items on-hand
will arrive much sooner.

If you are purchasing from Juneau, AK, please contact us to request deliverly, and we will bypass the shipping fee. You will be charged the 5% CBJ sales tax.
All original paintings are insured and shipped through
USPS, in the most economical mode available. Upon shipping, customers will be
emailed a USPS tracking number to track their purchases. A signature will be
required upon delivery.
